At Hybrid Crop Science, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide quality agricultural products. Due to the sensitive nature of items such as seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers, refunds or returns are accepted only under specific conditions. Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos or invoice details) After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation.

Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for refunds. Orders cancelled before dispatch may qualify for a full refund, while cancellations after shipping may incur applicable charges. Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on banking procedures.
